Please provide names and contact information for each golfer.
If you have less than four, a single golfer may be assigned to your team to even the playing field.
- Foursomes are $540, a $60 discount by registering as a team
- Singles are $150
- Whole Enchilada is $40/golfer (2 mulligans, putting contest entry, 1 game ticket, and 10 raffle tickets)
Registration and payment are due by April 28th.
